Potensis Selection are working with a leading housebuilder who are currently looking to recruit for a strong Technical Manager to join their growing Technical team. Our client is a fast growing London focused residential developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, well-designed homes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage external consultants to deliver production information on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Oversee planning compliance, discharge of conditions, Building Regulations, NHBC submissions, and legal agreements to secure timely approvals. Manage the design programme, ensuring all construction drawings align with approved plans and project timelines. Monitor technical budgets and consultant fees in collaboration with Commercial teams to maintain cost control. Serve as the main technical point of contact: coordinate stakeholders, resolve site queries, and support construction delivery.
