The Autopack Operator is responsible for ensuring that finished products are accurately and efficiently packed for shipment or distribution. This role involves handling products, packing them according to company standards, and ensuring the final product reaches the customer in perfect condition. The Autopack Operator works as part of a team to meet production goals, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure quality control standards are met. Key Responsibilities Pack finished products into containers, boxes, or pallets according to company specifications Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing Label and mark packages with appropriate shipping or handling information Prepare products by arranging them in a specific order, assembling components when necessary Ensure products are organized and ready for shipment Check and verify that all items meet quality standards before packing Report any quality issues to supervisors or managers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to meet hygiene standards Operate packing machinery and equipment Follow company guidelines for safe handling and storage of products Work with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets and deadlines are met Communicate effectively with others to ensure efficient workflow Skills & Requirements: Previous experience in production, packing, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with packaging materials and equipment is a plus Ability to work efficiently and meat packing targets Strong attention to detail Good manual dexterity and ability to handle products carefully Ability to work well in a team environment Basic math skills for counting and measuring Physically fit with ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 15kg ) when needed (with help if required) Stand or walk for long periods Bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements Working Hours & Benefits: Working rotational shifts Monday - Friday, Days & Afters. 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00 25 days Annual Leave Contributory pension scheme Life Assurance Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
