We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Temporary Customer Service Assistant to support a busy and fast-paced organisation based in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses to customers
* Resolving queries and escalating issues where necessary
* Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
* Processing orders, requests, or bookings where required
* Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You:
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A calm and professional manner, even under pressure
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* A positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first approach
