Overview

Working hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract type: Permanent

Due to continued growth at Fixfast, a vacancy has arisen within our Procurement team for a Procurement Administrator.

Reporting to the Purchasing Supervisor, the successful candidate will support the procurement process by efficiently coordinating the purchasing and delivery of goods required by the organisation, while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality and adherence to policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, demonstrate high attention to detail, work pro-actively and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities

* Following up and negotiating order delivery dates and keeping Epicor updated.
* Ensuring we have the right target levels, and stock is in the right location.
* Ensuring internal enquiries are answered quickly and completely.
* Enquiring for pricing from suppliers.
* Ensuring our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system is kept up to date.
* Creating reports and support material for supplier meetings.

Salary
