Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Multi-site coverage across central London (5-star hotels, private residences, and luxury venues)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Seeking a strategic, hands-on Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of services across a portfolio of high-value client contracts. (5-star hotels, private residences and luxury venues). You will manage Area and Site Managers ensuring consistent performance, legal compliance, team engagement, and financial efficiency.
You will be a visible, hands-on leader with a strong decision-making capability, able to build relationships at all levels-internally and externally. This role requires a balanced approach combining on-site presence, back-office coordination, and strategic foresight.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of multi-site operational management in hospitality, luxury cleaning, or facilities management.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, dispersed teams across a high-pressure, standards-driven environment.
Strong commercial understanding and ability to manage complex budgets and reporting tools.
Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships at senior level.
In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation and operational risk management practices.
Confident in using HR and operational software (e.g. Fourth, Microsoft 365, auditing platforms).
Full, clean, valid UK Driving Licence
Desirable
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (or IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum).
Experience in luxury hospitality environments or 5-star hotel operations.
Understanding of TUPE transfers and legal obligations during contract mobilisation.
