Were recruiting a Tenant Liaison Officer on behalf of a well-established social housing contractor, delivering planned works projects for leading housing providers across the region. Schemes include: Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) works Kitchen and bathroom replacements Window and door installations The Role: As a key point of contact between tenants, the site team, and the client, youll play a vital role in ensuring residents are informed, supported, and satisfied throughout the works process. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for tenants throughout the lifecycle of planned works projects Provide regular updates, resolve queries, and manage expectations with empathy and professionalism Arrange and attend tenant consultation meetings, pre-entry visits, and post-work satisfaction checks Work closely with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, and Housing Officers to minimise disruption and maintain excellent relationships Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and feedback About You: Previous experience in a Tenant Liaison, Resident Liaison, or similar customer-focused role within social housing Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work with vulnerable residents and manage sensitive situations Confident liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders A team player who can work independently and use initiative Whats on Offer: Temporary to Permanent opportunity Career development and progression into permanent roles or senior liaison positions Be part of a friendly, supportive team making a real difference to local communities
