Mechanical Supervisor – Hands On Location: London & Surrounding Areas Rate: £280 per day Job Type: Temp to Perm Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided We are currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor with a strong installation background to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role, split approximately 50/50 between working on the tools and supervising works on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical installations while also supporting site paperwork and coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Carrying out mechanical installation works on site • Supervising mechanical operatives and subcontractors • Completing site paperwork including RAMS, permits, and progress updates • Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring works run smoothly • Maintaining health and safety standards on site • Supporting delivery across one or two sites where required Requirements: • Mechanical background as a Pipefitter, Plumber, or Mechanical Fitter • Previous experience working in a supervisory or chargehand capacity • Comfortable working on the tools as well as managing paperwork • Strong understanding of site procedures and health and safety • Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: • £280 per day • Company van and fuel card pr...
