The Candidate
* Proven experience as a strong CDP or Sous Chef within premium hospitality, events, hotels, or high-volume catering
* Strong organisational skills and composure under pressure
* Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with extensive time away from home
* Team-focused professional with high standards and attention to detail
* Ambition to progress within an elite, international hospitality setting
* British or European passport essential (role requires extensive international travel)
Package
* Up to £50,000 basic salary
