SEND Teaching Assistant, Oxford A secondary school in Oxford are actively looking for an experienced SEND teaching assistant to join their school on a full time basis. The role will start September 2025. This role will involve supporting pupils with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and will require experience and an understanding of working with children with additional needs. It is essential to have experience and an understanding of working with young people with SEMH and Autism, the use of positive behaviour management strategies is encouraged and all applicants must be able to show how they have supported behaviour in similar roles.
