About the role
Distinct are working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial group business is looking for a Head of Finance to take full ownership of the finance function across multiple entities. The business spans property investment and services, and is scaling.
This is a leadership role thats both strategic and operational. Youll be close to the directors, contributing to key decisions and have a direct and visible impact.
What the role involves
* Full ownership of monthly management accounts across all group entities — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
* Board pack preparation and presentation
* Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
* Financial modelling and due diligence for acquisitions
* Leading and developing a finance team
* Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation
What were looking for
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE
* Strong commercial mindset
* Confident presenting to and challenging at board level
* Analytical capability
* Systems and processes improvement experience
