What You’ll DoAct as the primary contact for customers, managing communications and scheduling maintenance appointments.Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.Provide first-line technical support for solar PV systems and renewable technologies.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a smooth customer experience.Investigate and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.Coordinate engineer appointments and prepare post-maintenance reports.Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support process improvements.Handle administrative tasks including project handovers and certification submissions.What We’re Looking ForEssential:Good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent).Experience in customer support or first-line technical assistance.Knowledge of customer engagement and complaint resolution.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office).Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Desirable:Technical certifications or experience in solar PV or renewable energy.Previous experience in the renewable energy or electrical industry.Why Join Us?Be part of a growing renewable energy business making a real difference.Work in a collaborative, supportive environment.Opportunities for training and development.Ready to make an impact?
