The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright has been appointed exclusively to lead the search for a newly created field sales executive for our growing client. The business is a family-owned business and a leading supplier of construction materials and waste management solutions.
Role Profile:
* Business development with some account management
* Selling to construction companies, housebuilders, and independent builders
* Building a network and personal brand (especially via LinkedIn and social media)
* Managing own diary and territory with autonomy
* Using Glenigan to identify new projects
* Tracking activity via Salesforce
* Attending monthly sales meetings in North Yorkshire
Person Specification:
* Experience in aggregates, concrete, waste management, or related construction sales
* Alternatively, experience selling into construction sites (e.g., paving, plant hire)
* Strong relationship-building and territory development skills
