As Project Manager report into the Senior Project Manager, forming part of the Project Management Office (PMO), joining a team of specialists, providing functions that are intrinsic to the delivery of the project spread across “Design”, “Supply” and "Maintenance". The 3 contracts are NEC condition based, principally covering Activities under Lump Sum and Target Cost pricing. We deliver this through a multi-discipline, international mix of professionals and “Sister” companies. You will act as the representative of the PMO Team, to both internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities from start to finish. Project Management Create detailed project plans, setting milestones to ensure contractual deadlines are met, Allocating appropriate resource management, Lead & motivate the project team, delegating tasks and ensuring effective communication, Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies, Ensure Internal & External stakeholders are abreast of project progress, timelines and challenges, Project Management of processes needed within the Project PMO to ensure milestones are delivered, in particular; * Key Dates, * Completion Date, Programme Information (Designs, documents, manuals, delivery dates), Timely Project Management Data (time limited or commercial time/cost data).
