Finance Business Partner - 12 Month Fixed-Term ContractSalary: £50,000 - £55,000Start Date: From 1st August onwards
Location: Office is based in Salford // Fully remote, with quarterly travel to sites in Paris, Istanbul, Venice, and Budapest
A leading international business is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their EMEA team on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel and the opportunity to influence commercial decisions across multiple European sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders across three European sites to provide financial insight and challenge
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, including P&L and balance sheet analysis
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and group reporting requirements using SAP and Excel
Ideal Candidate:
* (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
* Confident working in complex stakeholder environments - able to build trust and manage challenging personalities
* Experience in a multi-site, international business preferred
* Proficient in SAP and Excel
