We are seeking a part‑time highly organised Senior Business Support Officer to join our dedicated SEND Team within Children's Services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting vital statutory processes and ensuring high‑quality services for children, young people and families.
Responsibilities
* Leading and coordinating day‑to‑day administrative processes across the SEND Team
* Managing complex diaries, meetings and communications for senior managers
* Supporting statutory SEND processes, including data returns and reporting
* Handling enquiries from families, professionals and partner agencies
* Producing accurate data, reports and performance information
* Contributing to service planning and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience
* Strong administrative experience, ideally within a public sector or SEND/social care environment
* Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence working with data systems and producing reports
* Understanding of confidentiality, accuracy and safeguarding
* Relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (desired)
