Project Coordinator – SCXSCX is a UK-based engineering company known for delivering complex mechanical handling and kinetic architecture systems across Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Sports & Entertainment, and Infrastructure sectors.Purpose of the Role The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and successful execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with project planning, schedules, and milestones.Act as a communication link between clients, stakeholders, contractors, and teams.Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and forecasting.Help identify risks/issues and escalate as needed.Maintain documentation, KPIs, and prepare reports.Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.Coordinate team tasks and support project execution.Manage change control processes and client communications.Skills & ExperienceStrong organisational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience in engineering or project delivery environments preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.Collaborative team player.
