The Learning & Development Business Partner will support the delivery of the People Strategy by providing an effective and efficient Learning and Development function, ensuring our teams have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to support the achievement of our key strategic aims and objectives.

* Hours: 37 per week
* Location: Radius Offices, Belfast/ Holywood
* Reference: FHA04291
* Salary: £33,366 (SP23) – £37,938 (SP28) per annum
* Hybrid working: This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working, subject to an initial induction period.
Responsibilities
The role supports the delivery of the People Strategy by providing an effective Learning and Development function to ensure staff have the knowledge and skills to achieve organisational objectives.
Qualifications
* Level 6 qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree) or above in HR or a business-related discipline and at least two years’ experience delivering and supporting a Learning & Development function.
* OR at least four years’ experience (gained in the last 10 years) delivering and supporting a Learning & Development function.
* L&D experience to include:
* The assessment of learning and development needs of employees.
* Supporting the implementation and delivery of learning and development programmes and supporting organisational objectives.
* Supporting the evaluation of learning and development programmes.
* Experience of supporting and delivering service improvements within an HR or L&D role.
* Experience of working in an L&D function within a wider HR team.
* Experience of using IT suites and programmes, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word) to produce presentations and targeted reporting.
* A current full driving licence and access to suitable transport.
