Responsibilities
* As a Crew Member, help make it happen by preparing food, serving on the till, or being on the dining floor to look after customers' needs.
* Consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
* Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
* Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
* Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
* Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualities / Requirements
* Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
* Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
* A genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, and an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
* Availability to work weekdays and weekends, including afternoons and evenings.
