The Company
Certain Advantage is working on behalf of a globally known Diesel Engine manufacturer who designs, manufactures, distributes, and services engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions, and electrical power generation systems. They are actively seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join their Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts such as Finished Goods, Work In Progress, and Intercompany accounts.
* Maintain knowledge of inventory provisions and coordinate annual stock count reporting.
* This position will oversee one or two sites, primarily in Italy. Fluency in Italian is not required but would be a bonus.
Competencies
* Part qualified or a new studying accountant.
* Working knowledge of SAP.
* Ability to quickly learn new tasks and work autonomously.
* Strong investigative skills to resolve issues within short deadlines.
* Effective communication skills at different management levels.
* Business partnering skills to build stakeholder relationships and drive results.
Qualifications
* IMA - ACA or Part Qualified.
