Elevation are partnering with a leading homeware manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and strong retail partnerships. As National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of key high-street and national Grocer accounts, driving growth, strengthening relationships, and delivering commercial success.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll sit at the centre of commercial strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your decisions directly influence revenue and brand presence.
* Own and develop strategic relationships with major retail buyers.
* Deliver sales growth, margin targets, and joint business plans
* Lead range reviews, product launches, and promotional planning
* Analyse performance data to spot opportunities and risks early
* Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional activity
* Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, and product development
What We’re Looking For
This role suits someone commercially sharp, confident with retailers, and comfortable owning big accounts.
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role
* Strong track record managing large retail accounts
* Skilled negotiator with solid commercial awareness
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
