The Role
As Director of Operations, you’ll lead one of the company’s most strategic business units, responsible for scaling operational excellence, embedding automation, and delivering a world-class guest experience.
You’ll report directly to the COO and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to bring operational precision, customer delight, and data intelligence into every part of the journey.
What You’ll Do
* Define and execute the operational strategy, aligning with wider commercial goals.
* Lead and develop teams across Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and On-the-Ground Operations.
* Embed AI and automation into workflows to drive consistency, productivity, and insight-led decision-making.
* Champion a data-first culture – own and optimise metrics like NPS, occupancy, RevPAR, and resolution times.
* Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve the end-to-end guest experience using technology and feedback loops.
* Build scalable systems, playbooks, and standards that deliver operational excellence at enterprise scale.
About You
* 6+ years’ experience leading multi-functional operations in travel tech, hospitality SaaS, or marketplace environments.
* Proven success in AI/automation or operational transformation.
* Experience managing distributed teams across functions and geographies.
* Strong commercial acumen – confident balancing customer experience with profitability.
* A systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and builds clarity, scale, and impact through structure and data.
* Comfortable in a remote-first, fast-moving environment with a bias for action and experimentation.
