This is a fantastic opportunity to support children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering both classroom and small group support wherever there’s the greatest need. Responsibilities:
* Provide flexible support across KS1 and KS2 classes, adapting to daily needs.
* Assist with group work, targeted interventions, and one-to-one support.
* Help pupils with reading, writing, numeracy, and topic-based learning.
* Promote a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere across the school.
* Support teachers with classroom management, preparation, and pupil engagement.
* Encourage independence and confidence in every child you support.
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children in a primary education setting.
* A confident, proactive attitude and willingness to adapt day-to-day.
* Understanding of the national curriculum and classroom routines.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
