Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager, to join its client, an award winning holiday resort venue in Hayle, Cornwall. Working in a senior sales position, the successful candidate will be a results driven, personable and passionate individual, with a focus on sales targets whilst delivering a first class service.
As a Business Development Manager within a well recognised holiday park, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential buyers, whilst being knowledgeable regarding park selling points. With uncapped commission available, it is integral the successful business development manager has a strong background within the sales and hospitality scene, with attention to holiday parks.
Business Development Manager responsibilities to include;
8. Previous experience in selling holiday homes or similar high value assets.
9. Work closely with the sales manager, following up on leads and navigating enquiries into sales.
10. Demonstrated success in outbound sales calls to engage potential customers and secure appointments.
11. Strong background in a target driven sales environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
