Shift Pattern: Monday Friday Double Days 06:0014:00 / 14:0022:00
Early Finish Fridays: 06:0012:30 / 12:3019:00
Holiday: 33 Days Annual Leave
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x

The Opportunity
A well-established and growing food manufacturing business is looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to its engineering team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where you will play a key role in maintaining high-performing machinery and ensuring smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production equipment
* Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns to minimise downtime
* Fault find on both electrical and mechanical systems
* Work closely with production teams to maintain efficient operations
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and food manufacturing standards
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in either Discipline
* Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment is beneficial
* Strong fault-finding and xxuwjjq problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting
* Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) preferred
