Business Development Manager
Location: London/South East/Hampshire/Surrey/Essex
Salary: 50000 - 55000 basic uncapped commission
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager or Sales Manager to take ownership of new business development in target markets. This is a pivotal role where you will be the driving force behind expanding our existing client base offering winning new maintenance contracts and projects winning tenders and establishing Trinity as a trusted partner across the FM sector and to the end user client.
Working for a national organisation directly keeping lives and businesses safe and secure this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-moving progressive environment where teamwork is valued.
What you will be doing:
* Developing and executing a growth strategy for winning work within the FM Market and outside across Government NHS Logistics Commercial Property universities Councils Retails amongst others
* Establishing trusted relationships with Estates directors Contract managers FM managers Procurement teams and influencers
* Using Internal companies within PTSG and leveraging their current relationships to obtain Fire works
* Bid and proposal management ensuring that client requirements are translated into commercially sound offers.
* Representing the business at industry events networking opportunities and bid presentations.
* Collaborating with operational teams to ensure a seamless handover from sale to delivery.
* Providing regular pipeline updates market intelligence and growth plans to the Sales Director.
