Customer Relationship Management Specialist
We are a growing technology business in the sports and leisure sector seeking an experienced CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of customer engagement campaigns across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns across several territories.
* Manage personalised and segmented customer journeys to drive engagement and conversion.
* Design and implement automated workflows and behavioural email journeys.
* Use SQL to manage and segment complex data sets.
* Build dynamic content using HTML, AMPscript, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with international marketing and CRM teams to ensure alignment and best practice.
Key Skills & Experience
* Fluent in French or Spanish.
* Proven experience in CRM and email marketing roles.
* Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar).
* Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and automation workflows.
* Data‑driven mindset with experience in campaign analysis and optimisation.
* Understanding of GDPR compliance in marketing.
