Role Description
This is a pivotal role in the Global team, providing project support to both client and agency teams. You will develop your knowledge of the global media landscape and network operations within the media agency. This role is a highly rewarding role, you will be part of a 20+ Global LEGO Team, who are a valued strategic partner to LEGO. There will be opportunity to work on several exciting projects that are embedded with the LEGO values of fun and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Operations
1. Develop effective working relationships with Global team
2. Maintain the global online content hub/SharePoint (internal and client-facing)
3. Support the team in producing internal network Newsletters and Collaboration sessions & external client facing Newsletters and Presentations (content sourcing/ production, design & formatting, proof-reading and presentation skills)
4. Responsible for keeping the internal database of the Initiative Junior network up to date
5. Support and proactively help improve day-to-day operations and processes
6. Support the team in ad hoc requests
7. Support the team on onboarding process and ensuring all new joiners have signed NDAs
8. Coordinate meetings for the Global team and record actions/minutes for status meetings
Network Coordination
9. Support the Global divisions on requests to collaborate with local markets
10. Develop strong relationships with individuals across the network
11. Provide timely response to any ad hoc local market requests
12. Consolidate findings for local market requests using Excel or PowerPoint where required
13. Work with the Global team where required to support on global communication workstreams (including internal and external newsletters, and internal network presentations)
14. Be responsive to agency teams within the Initiative Junior network to support on ad hoc emails or requests
15. Effectively manage internal expectations
Global Campaign Support (ad hoc)
16. Deliver high quality reporting and analysis for global brand campaigns, with the support of the Global Manager using Excel
17. Collate and consolidate local market media plans & performance reports
18. Support on ad-hoc requests from Global Brand team

27. Microsoft Excel experience (formatting)
28. Microsoft PowerPoint experience (preferred but not essential)
29. Passion for working within the media industry
30. Previous experience in a media agency/owner role or placement (preferred but not essential)
