Our client is looking for a, Plasterer - Band 6 (Housing), in the NE24 Region. *MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE* The main duties of this role is to carry out high-quality plastering repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work to council or housing association properties, including occupied homes, void properties, and communal areas. The role ensures properties are maintained to a safe, habitable, and lettable standard in line with housing regulations and service standards. Key Responsibilities: Skimming Rendering Patch Plastering Dry lining Screeding Artex covering/removal (where permitted) Repair walls and ceilings following plumbing, electrical, or structural works. Requirements: Full UK driving licence. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation. Proven experience in domestic plastering repairs and maintenance. Experience working in social housing or similar environment. Asbestos awareness training / experience dealing with Asbestos.
