🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the dedicated Sustainability Team, you'll lead and contribute to multiple projects, delivering energy and sustainability solutions that align with current regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out Part L energy modelling and EPCs using IES (or similar software)
2. Develop calculations and reports for energy statements and BREEAM assessments
3. Conduct dynamic simulations for TM59 overheating analysis
4. Produce Whole Life-Cycle Carbon (WLC) and Circular Economy reports
