You'll work closely with your colleagues to ensure young people play a key role in defining outcomes, working to challenge barriers and enhance a culture where ‘ending unequal access’ is embedded.You may be principally based at Dinefwr in Llandeilo or Llanerchaeron in Ceredigion. You work pattern will include one day per week with a later start and finish time, and some weekend commitment. You’ll maintain and develop existing volunteer groups, establish new sustainable local relationships, and build relevant strategic partnerships and networks that increase public benefit and raise our profile.
