About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Saltaire. You'll play a key role in ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that includes regular lifting and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Using printed picklists or handheld terminals
* Lifting, moving, loading, and unloading items
* Working collaboratively as part of a team
* Keeping your work area clean and organised
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
* Confidence using handheld scanners and completing basic computer tasks
* Strong attention to detail – accuracy matters
* Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving stock
Desirable:
* Experience in logistics, distribution, or the supply chain sector
* Familiarity with manual picking processes
