Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading manufacturer who are recruiting a Key Sales Account Manager to join their expanding team, based near Nottingham.
The successful candidate will possess experience within the FMCG sector, ideally within beauty, fashion or related, with a proactive nature and the ability to build strong relationships with key partner brands to create new business opportunities, alongside proactively winning new customers.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £50k DOE, 10% bonus, hybrid/flexible working options alongside an array of further benefits.
Serve as the primary contact for key customer accounts, fostering strong strategic relationships and ensuring business alignment
Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth targets, including identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities
Lead pricing discussions, manage sales budgets, and regularly review account performance and profitability
sales, marketing, R&D, procurement, and production) to deliver successful project outcomes
Own the end-to-end business development process from evaluating customer briefs to leading tender submissions and post-response follow-up
Experience in a similar role within FMCG
Experience within the beauty, fashion or food sector advantageous
