* Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, providing a welcoming and professional service. You will also develop relationships with feeder schools and international recruitment agencies.
* Event Coordination: Organise and execute key admissions events such as Visit Weeks and Assessment Days, collaborating with school staff to ensure their success.
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular, detailed reports on admissions figures, waiting lists, and conversion rates to the Headmaster and Director of Business Strategy and Operations.
* Strategic Support: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement our annual admissions strategy and plan.
What We're Looking For:
* Admissions Experience: A proven track record in school admissions or a similar customer-facing role within the education sector, ideally in an independent school.
* Exceptional People Skills: You have a professional, warm, and empathetic manner, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families from diverse backgrounds.
* Highly Organised: You are detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple enquiries and deadlines simultaneously. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can tailor your message to different audiences.
* Proactive & Collaborative: You take initiative, solve problems with empathy and clarity, and work well with colleagues across all departments.
