We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring or teaching, with experience working with children, including those with special educational needs. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic goals.
Duties
* Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' educational development.
* Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and motivation in students.
* Utilise effective communication skills to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of educational practices.
* Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
* A patient and adaptable approach to teaching that caters to diverse learning abilities.
