Your new company A vibrant Fintech company paving the way for financial leaders to make smarter decisions. Duration: 6-8 weeks with scope to extend. Your new role Proactively chase outstanding invoices via email, phone, and written correspondence. Allocate cash receipts and maintain accurate debtor records. Issue credit notes and re-invoice where necessary. Liaise with internal teams to resolve payment-impacting queries. Generate and distribute monthly client statements. Prepare reports on debtor positions for senior management. Maintain detailed records of write-offs, follow-ups, and legal escalations. Collaborate with external legal teams to pursue overdue debts. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2-3 years' experience in credit control, ideally within fintech or professional services. Essential: Experience using NetSuite for credit control and billing processes. Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
