Compensation: £31,699 - £42,540 / year

Lecturer A - Standard—Fixed term, Part time - Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

As a Lecturer in Floristry you'll bring your creativity and industry expertise into the classroom, delivering high-quality teaching across Level 1 through to Level 3/4 programmes. You'll inspire learners to develop their technical skills, creativity, and confidence, while nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset that prepares them for success in the floristry industry.


What you’ll do

* Deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching, supporting learners to develop practical floristry skills, creativity, and commercial awareness
* Design high-quality learning experiences that prepare students for progression into employment or further study within a competitive and evolving industry
* Provide effective pastoral support, contributing to a strong wraparound approach that ensures learners feel safe, supported, and valued
* Promote wellbeing, resilience, and positive attitudes to learning, responding to individual needs and signposting to additional support where required
* Build positive, inclusive relationships that support attendance, engagement, and personal development
* Support learners to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential


What you’ll bring

* Degree or vocational qualification in a related area.
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or equivalent).
* Up-to-date and relevant subject knowledge that you're excited to share with students.
* Confidence with Microsoft Platforms and e-learning tools and Information and Learning Technology (ILT) to enhance our student's experience.
