The Community Development Manager will lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of engaging, educational content and programs for the wholesale investment community. You will cultivate a loyal, informed audience of Wealth Managers, investment managers and financial advisers Positioned at the crossroads of content strategy, audience engagement, and communications, the role requires deep knowledge of wholesale investment markets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital media and community building. Key Responsibilities Community Engagement & Growth Develop and execute a global strategy to grow and engage the wholesale investment audience. Build relationships with key industry stakeholders (e.g., IFAs, wealth managers, research groups). Host and moderate forums, webinars, and events to foster community dialogue. Track engagement metrics to inform strategy and optimise delivery. Content Strategy & Development Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create relevant, insightful content including video interviews for example. Produce original material (e.g., newsletters, campaigns, discussion guides, spotlight interviews) tailored to wholesale investors. Identify content opportunities through research and community feedback. Program Management Lead multi-channel content and engagement campaigns (web, social, email, events). Ensure consistent messaging across platforms. Align sponsored content with community needs and brand goals. Required Skills & Experienc Essential 3 years in community development, content marketing, or financial communications within Investment sector Strong grasp of the wholesale investment space Proven ability to grow and manage professional communities Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient in analytics, CMS, CRM, and digital engagement platforms .Desirable Background in asset or wealth management Event moderation or network facilitation experience Understanding of compliance in financial communications (e.g., FCA,) Familiarity with SEO and content distribution strategies
