VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Operations / Health & Safety Manager for a major Construction company that operates on a large scale.
This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday
Permanent position - Position of work is Omagh

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing daily health and safety compliance while maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards.
2. Planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations to promote high staff morale and optimal performance.
3. Managing inventory control and ensuring effective stock rotation.
4. Overseeing the company fleet, including lorries, forklifts, and cars.
5. Conducting driver briefings and debriefings related to deliveries and collections.
6. Ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and current.
7. Supervising drivers, yard operatives, mechanics, and other personnel.
8. Controlling fuel usage and overhead expenses efficiently, while optimizing driver productivity through effective problem-solving.
9. Ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety protocols and Drivers' Hours Regulations.
The Ideal Person:
10. 2-3 years of managerial experience
11. NEBOSH Certificate:
12. National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety - Passed.
13. UK Driving Licence.
