Position Summary: The Shunter is responsible for safely coupling and uncoupling vehicles in compliance with relevant legislation and Martin Brower UK procedures. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure all vehicle checks are completed accurately and promptly. Qualifications Responsibilities: You will carry out all the usual duties of a Shunter driving HGV/LGV in safe manner complying with all legislation governing this activity. You will complete all the relevant paperwork, check temperatures and operate tail lifts. You will keep your vehicle(S) clean and occasionally you may be asked to cover the Customer Service Driver role. The ideal candidate will be able to reflect a positive image when representing the company and be flexible with great communication skills. With a strong awareness for H&S, you will have a CE licence with previous experience and a good understanding of EC drivers' hours and EC working time directive regulations (Essential) Experience of working with refrigerated vehicles (Desirable) We lead with a people first culture and are committed to creating the world's best work environment.
