Overview
Our client is seeking a Marketing & Campaigns Manager to lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive audience growth, ticket sales, and engagement across live performances, touring productions, and digital platforms.
Working within the organisation’s Brand, Audience & Digital team, this role will lead multi‑channel marketing strategies, shape creative campaign direction, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable audience growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with creative, CRM, press, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns that connect with diverse audiences.
This position requires both strategic marketing leadership and hands‑on campaign management, with opportunities to support national and international touring activities.
Responsibilities
* Develop and lead integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive audience growth and ticket sales.
* Plan and deliver marketing strategies for live performances, touring productions, and digital content.
* Lead creative briefing processes and oversee campaign development with internal teams and external agencies.
* Collaborate with CRM, press, and digital teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and aligned with audience engagement strategies.
* Manage relationships with venues, marketing partners, and media buying agencies.
* Analyse sales, audience, and digital engagement data to inform marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively across campaigns.Line manage and support direct reports, helping to develop team capability and performance.
* Present campaign insights and performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
* Significant marketing experience within arts, culture, entertainment, or another audience‑focused sector.
* Proven track record of developing and delivering integrated multi‑channel marketing campaigns that achieve sales or engagement targets.
* Experience leading creative briefing and campaign development processes with creative teams or agencies.
* Experience managing marketing budgets and external partners, including media buying agencies.
* Experience managing and developing team members.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using sales, audience, and digital data to inform marketing strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
