We are looking for an Engineering Shift Team Leader to join their team on a full-time, permanent, basis. The ideal candidate will be providing support and coaching to our team of Engineers on shift, this role is shift-based, on-the-floor across our busy Production and Distribution plant in Tewkesbury. Week 1: 06:00am – 14:00pm Week 2: 13:45pm – 21:45pm Please only apply if you can commit to these shifts. On offer is a salary of up to £44,740 (£20.51 - £21.51) per hour DOE, plus overtime of 1.25 x hourly rate above 40 hours The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous experience of high-speed machinery in FMCG or a similar production environment with strong electrical fault-finding skills.
