Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our well-established Rehabilitation Service. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the senior leadership team as we launch an enhanced Community Rehabilitation service in North Kent.
The role requires experience in interventions for complex psychosis, supporting MDT colleagues with risk management, and training in psychological interventions. Main duties of the job
* Experience in psychological interventions for complex psychosis cases.
* Supervision of practitioners, facilitating reflective practice, and teaching psychological approaches within multidisciplinary teams.
* Delivering high-quality assessments and tailored interventions, especially for individuals in distress related to severe mental health issues such as psychosis with co-morbid conditions (e.g., ASD, substance misuse, physical health issues).
* Developing your practice with support, while contributing to high-quality service delivery and working with various partners.
The post requires holding a full, valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes (unless disabled as per the Equality Act 2010).
