Senior Director Retail Operations - EMEA The Team The Retail Operations team is the central operational backbone of PVH EMEA's store network, enabling strong commercial performance and consistent execution across Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Full Price and Outlet stores. Operating as a multi-brand, EMEA-wide function, the team partners closely with local Retail Operations, Commercial, and Brand organizations to translate strategy into scalable store operations, best practices, and measurable retail excellence. The team plays a critical role in driving operational consistency, store productivity, and execution quality, while continuously evolving store operations through new capabilities, tools, and ways of working. The Position As Senior Director Retail Operations, reporting to the SVP Commercial Operations, you will lead the EMEA Retail Operations function across both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving how our stores operate; ensuring operational excellence, strong execution, adoption, and sustained commercial performance across markets. You will oversee three core areas: Store Operations & Support Retail Implementation Retail Excellence This role acts as the central retail operations authority for EMEA, setting standards, driving adoption of best practices and enabling markets to perform at their best. Success in this role depends on your ability to combine deep retail expertise with strong influencing and transformation skills, working through a complex matrix of hubs, local teams, and brand stakeholders to drive meaningful and lasting change that positively impact the business and consumer experiences. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations Leadership & Strategy Define and lead the EMEA Retail Operations strategy across Store Operations, Retail Implementation, and Retail Excellence, aligned with brand and commercial priorities. Act as the central point of accountability for retail operational standards, frameworks, and ways of working across EMEA. Store Operations & Support Ensure consistent, efficient, and scalable store operations across Full Price and Outlet stores. Partner closely with local Retail Operations teams to optimize core store processes, improve productivity, drive unification and adoption, and resolve structural operational challenges. Retail Implementation Oversee the successful implementation of new processes, tools, and capabilities across EMEA markets. Ensure initiatives are delivered with high execution quality, strong change management, and clear adoption at store level. Retail Excellence & Performance Drive retail excellence frameworks that improve conversion, productivity, service quality, consumer experience, and overall store performance. Translate best practices into actionable standards that can be scaled across markets and brands. Transformation & Adoption Lead retail transformation initiatives in close collaboration with hubs, local teams, and brand organizations. Drive adoption through influence, clarity, and engagement; ensuring new ways of working are truly embedded, not just rolled out. Cross-Functional & Brand Collaboration Work closely with Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brand teams to ensure operational models support brand expression and commercial objectives. Partner with Commercial, Digital, Analytics, Program Management, and other central functions to ensure end-to-end alignment. Leadership & Governance Lead and develop a high-performing EMEA Retail Operations leadership team. Engage local teams through retail excellence and work with them to support them in the best possible way. Provide clear governance, communication, and decision-making frameworks to support markets effectively. Measures of Success Improved commercial performance across Full Price and Outlet stores through operational and retail excellence initiatives Consistent execution of store operations and retail standards across EMEA markets Successful, on-time implementation and adoption of new retail processes, tools, and technologies Measurable improvements in store productivity, conversion, and operational KPIs Strong satisfaction and trust from local retail teams and brand stakeholders Clear evidence of sustained adoption, not just implementation, of retail best practices Requirements Proven senior leadership experience in Retail Operations, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands Deep understanding of store operations, retail execution, and commercial drivers in both Full Price and Outlet environments Proven track record leading EMEA-wide or multi-market retail organizations Strong experience driving retail transformation and operational change in a matrix environment Ability to lead through influence rather than authority, building alignment across hubs, markets, and brands Demonstrated success implementing new processes, tools, and technologies with high adoption Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link operational excellence to financial performance Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level Confident communicator, able to create clarity and momentum across complex organizations Experience working in multi-brand environments is a strong advantage Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Your Wellbeing is Our Priority In the heart of Amsterdam, PVH is home to the global headquarters of Tommy Hilfiger and the European offices of Calvin Klein.
