About the Company
Our client is a major European entertainment and charity company responsible for some of the UK's most iconic household brands. They have recently launched their new creative studio, a 95‑person in‑house creative, production, media and planning hub designed to deliver faster, more agile, high quality content across their beloved brands.
The Role
This is a pivotal role within the new delivery and production function, supporting playouts for TV and radio, as well as broader content and campaign production. You will work closely with the Executive Producer, the Integrated Producer, and external production partners, ensuring high volume assets go live accurately and on time. You will also support shoots, content creation and day‑to‑day production operations across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end‑to‑end playouts for TV and audio, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Act as day‑to‑day contact with XR for playout scheduling, technical specifications, submissions and Clearcast liaison
• Manage asset trackers, approvals, version control and playout documentation
• Maintain exceptionally high accuracy standards, mitigating risk in a fast‑paced, high‑volume broadcast environment
• Support in‑house and rostered partner production activity across shoots and content creation
• Assist with logistics including call sheets, scheduling, kit movement and on‑site support
• Facilitate smooth workflow across creative, design, media, account management and production teams
• Play an active role in developing new processes as the new studio continues to scale
About You
• One to two years' experience in production, agency, broadcast or content coordination
• Strong organisational and administrative capability with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable with fast‑paced, high volume workflows and switching between tasks
• A strong relationship builder who is confident liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
• Comfortable taking responsibility for high‑risk broadcast deliverables
• Self‑starter with energy, curiosity and a desire to help shape a growing in‑house agency
• Experience creating schedules, call sheets or coordinating shoots
• Experience with playout processes, Clearcast workflows and/or delivery platforms
• Exposure to in-house big brands or busy agency environments
• Production coordinator experience or similar stepping‑up background
