Lead .NET Developer – Perm- Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + 10% bonus
Location: Central Manchester (2 days per week, flexible start between 7am–10am)

As a Lead .NET Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of this new platform. This is your chance to influence technical direction, shape product development, and lead a talented team in a truly tech-first environment.
What You’ll Do
* Take a hands-on approach to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
* Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that meets project requirements.
* Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing coding standards.
* Lead project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution.
* Act as a bridge between Engineering and Senior Management, communicating progress and technical challenges effectively.
Requirements:
* Strong experience in C# .NET (Framework & Core) and SQL/MySQL, building web services.
* Expertise in enterprise-level single-page applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks
* Demonstrable Leadership experience (coaching and mentoring developers)
* Knowledge and understanding of software architecture
* Knowledge of ES standards and TypeScript (beneficial).
* Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
* Experience with message brokers and NoSQL (advantageous).
* Familiarity with WinForms/WPF (useful).
* Background in Agile environments with TDD or similar quality-focused approaches.
