About Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid
For over 40 years, Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid has supported women and children through services addressing domestic violence and abuse. Would you like to join our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse?
As the region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop-in services, community support, and emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Our projects support women in the criminal justice system, healthcare settings, and the wider community, providing support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. We also offer training and consultancy to businesses, health, and social care professionals to raise awareness of gender-based violence issues.
We are seeking like-minded women to join our enthusiastic team of workers, all passionate about supporting women and children who have experienced domestic abuse and addressing the broader issues of violence against women and girls.
