Full job profile: Digital Learning and Content Coordinator Design & Quality Assure Digital Content: Build high-quality, SCORM-compliant e-learning, microlearning, and multimedia assets using authoring tools, ensuring strict version control, consistent MAF branding, and accessibility standards. LMS Content Management: Manage the full lifecycle of content on the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading, testing, publishing courses, coordinating with the LMS Administrator, and creating essential user guides and tutorials. Technical Quality Control: Rigorously test content across various browsers and devices, troubleshoot all formatting, playback, and rendering issues, and maintain high-quality delivery standards. Analytics and Improvement: Monitor key learning metrics (completion, satisfaction, drop-out rates) to track content performance, share actionable insights, and support iterative improvements to enhance the learner experience. Stakeholder Support: Provide specialised, day-to-day technical support to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during content preparation and QA, and assist managers in mapping digital content to specific role profiles and learning plans. Spiritual Participation: Actively participate in the corporate spiritual life of MAF, including attending daily corporate prayer meetings and demonstrating commitment to the organisation’s evangelical Christian vision, mission, values, and beliefs.
