Key Duties: 1. Greeting individuals on arrival and offering refreshments. 2. Producing Sustainability information. 3. Updating Mobile Phone List. 4. Management of Meeting room bookings 5. Ordering & Maintaining Stationery and Equipment 6. Inputting relevant purchase order details onto company database and job costing reports 7. Filing & Maintaining Invoice records and proof of delivery tickets 8. Assisting with Reinstatement & Transport documents, updating spread sheets and filing documentation 9. Carrying out general purchasing administrative duties as required 10. Ordering of Engineering Teams Requisitions 11. Ad hoc logistical administrative duties Key Criteria for Success: Accuracy to detail for purchasing administrative duties. Good knowledge of excel and word Good relationship with head off staff and all visitors.
