Construction Manager – Lead Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to play a vital role in supporting successful site operations, managing diverse teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. What You'll Do:
Support Site and Project Managers in overseeing daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of construction works.
Manage and motivate construction teams, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Administer works contracts and oversee subcontractors to uphold project timelines and quality.
Assist in developing and maintaining risk registers, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors, attending key meetings to drive project success.
Support reporting efforts, including internal documentation and client updates.
Escalate issues promptly to facilitate early resolution and project continuity.
Contribute to health and safety management and ensure compliance with industry standards.Required Skills:
Proven experience in construction management, preferably within large-scale projects.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and contractual administration skills.
Effective communication and reporting capabilities.
Proactive problem-solving attitude with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working on nuclear or high-profile infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Additional certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, or NEBOSH.Preferred Education and Experience:
Relevant degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a construction management role, ideally within large or complex projects.
Ideally, candidates will have CCNSG certification and come from a mechanical or piping background.Other Requirements:
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, on-site at the project location.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
