Responsibilities
* Handle diverse breakdowns and technical issues, delivering on-site roadside repairs and support.
* Provide technical expertise and diagnostic assistance while working face-to-face with members.
* Collaborate with the Roadside Patrol team to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach.
* A full UK driving licence.
